What moves between KaiCalls and your business tools?
Each connection has a specific job: supported CRM operations move lead and call information, calendars supply availability and booking, and mailboxes support correspondence. The provider and your authorization determine the available actions.
Connect the right business account
Authorize the supported provider for your business. Follow its own setup guide to select the relevant account and supported actions.
Run a supported operation
CRM lead and call sync, calendar availability and booking, and email correspondence are distinct operations; connecting a provider does not enable every possible action.
Review the returned result
Check the destination and the available operation result. Accepted delivery, a temporary failure and an expired login need different follow-up.
Authorization has expired
Reconnect the account and verify its status before trying the supported operation again.
The destination has not confirmed
Review the failure or returned status. A recorded attempt does not establish that the destination record or appointment was created.
What to verify: Look for the intended record, message or appointment in the connected tool as well as its returned operation status.
What shapes the experience
Supported CRM, calendar and email connections with the applicable authorization.
What to know
Each provider supports particular operations. Reconnect an expired account and review the returned synchronization result.
