Call your number from your own phone
You make this change with your phone provider, not here. We can't see if they accepted it, so only a real test call proves it works.
Real phone call — you dial your business number from your own handset, using your saved settings. It appears in your call history like any other call.
Next, call your business number from another phone and don't pick up. If you chose the busy or unreachable setting, make your line busy or turn your phone off first. Talk to Kai, then check that the call shows up in your call history.
Your provider account stays the same. Forwarding moves calls only, not texts. Keep fax on its own line, and check how this setting affects your provider voicemail.
