KaiCalls is a business phone service with a secretary built in. A business gets a working number in minutes, points its calls at it, and keeps answering the phone exactly as before — calls ring the owner’s own phone first. Kai picks up what they cannot: after-hours calls, second calls during a job, and the overflow that would otherwise go to voicemail. Kai runs a real intake conversation, captures the lead, sends the follow-up text, and tells the owner what happened. Owners manage the whole service by calling their own number and talking to Kai — no dashboard required. KaiCalls is operated by Meet Kai LLC and is privately held.
