What KaiCalls actually does
If you are writing a paragraph of explanation, these are the four things worth explaining.
A business phone number
A real, callable business line provisioned in minutes, used alongside the phone the business already answers. No hardware, no number port required to start.
An answering service that is actually a colleague
Kai answers the calls the business cannot, runs the intake conversation that business would run, and hands back a structured lead rather than a generic message.
A front desk you operate by voice
Owners call their own number to check messages, update the greeting, follow up with a caller, or change how the line behaves. The phone call is the interface.
The plumbing behind it
Call routing and business hours, voicemail and transcription, missed-call texts, calendar booking, lead capture into the CRM the business already uses, and an API for teams that want to build on it.

KaiCalls is a business phone service with a secretary built in. Businesses get a phone number in minutes; calls ring their own phone first, and Kai answers whatever they cannot — taking messages, capturing leads, sending texts, and flagging missed calls. KaiCalls is operated by Meet Kai LLC.
KaiCalls is a business phone service with a secretary built in. A business gets a working number in minutes, points its calls at it, and keeps answering the phone exactly as before — calls ring the owner’s own phone first. Kai picks up what they cannot: after-hours calls, second calls during a job, and the overflow that would otherwise go to voicemail. Kai runs a real intake conversation, captures the lead, sends the follow-up text, and tells the owner what happened. Owners manage the whole service by calling their own number and talking to Kai — no dashboard required. KaiCalls is operated by Meet Kai LLC and is privately held.
KaiCalls is a business phone service with a secretary built in, operated by Meet Kai LLC. It is built for the businesses that lose real money to an unanswered phone — law firms, home services and HVAC, property management, medical and dental practices, insurance agencies, and equipment and event rentals. A business gets a working phone number in minutes and keeps answering calls the way it always has: calls ring the owner’s own phone first. Kai answers what the owner cannot — after-hours calls, the second call that lands mid-job, and everything that would otherwise reach voicemail. On each call Kai runs an intake conversation shaped to that business, captures structured lead detail, books against the owner’s calendar, sends follow-up texts, and pushes the result into the tools the business already uses. The service is deliberately voice-first: an owner administers it by calling their own number and speaking to Kai — checking messages, changing the greeting, following up with a lead — rather than by learning software. Pricing is a flat monthly plan with no per-minute charges, and every product feature is included on every plan; plans differ only in answered-call volume and number of phone lines.

Connor Gallic
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Connor Gallic founded KaiCalls on the premise that a missed call is the most expensive thing a small business does all day. He leads product and engineering, and set the company’s voice-first principle: the phone call is the interface, and an owner should be able to run their front desk by calling it.
