Meetings & notes

Be in the conversation.
Kai has the notes.

Bring the same secretary who helps with your calls and messages into your meetings. Send Kai a Zoom or Google Meet link to join, take notes and answer when addressed.

Join by meeting link

Send a supported meeting link and instructions to Kai. If the meeting has a waiting room, the host needs to admit him before he can participate.

Listen. Take notes. Help.

Kai introduces himself as your note-taking assistant and listens. Say his name when you want an answer based on the meeting and your business context.

Leave with the recap

After the meeting ends, Kai saves the summary. With email notifications configured, the recap can come straight to you.

From a customer call to the meeting after it.

Keep call answering, messages, email and meeting notes in your KaiCalls workspace. Your team can review the relevant records and decide what happens next.

Notes, without the juggling.

Use meeting notes for customer conversations, consultations and team discussions. Tell Kai what matters before joining, then review the recap afterward.

Want Kai on camera?

Optional on-camera sessions let Kai join with an avatar. These have a separate meeting allowance or purchased credits; they do not use the same allowance as notes-only meetings.

Before you invite Kai

What do I need?

A KaiCalls account, a supported meeting link and available meeting allowance. The host must permit the assistant to join. Let participants know Kai will be taking notes and follow your meeting’s consent requirements.

Is every meeting included in my phone plan?

Meeting minutes vary by plan. Additional meeting hours and on-camera sessions are available through optional add-ons. Check your current allowance before inviting Kai.

Does Kai replace my calendar?

Your calendar still manages appointments. Meeting participation uses a supported conference link. Calendar booking and joining a meeting are separate capabilities.
