How do I get paid?

Commissions are paid monthly via Stripe or PayPal, on the 15th of each month for the prior month's earnings. Minimum payout is $50. If your balance is under $50, it rolls over to the next month.

How long do I earn commissions?

For as long as the customer you referred keeps paying. You earn on every payment they make, and it becomes ready to pay once they have been paying for 60 days. If they leave before 60 days, nothing is owed on that account. We never pay per sign-up.

Can I be a customer AND an affiliate?

Yes. Many of our best affiliates are KaiCalls customers. You can use the product yourself and recommend it to others. You cannot refer yourself (self-referrals are blocked).

What if my referral upgrades their plan?

Your commission is based on what they pay. If they upgrade from Kai Backup ($10/mo) to Kai Office ($349/mo), your monthly commission increases automatically.

How does tracking work?

You get a unique link using a via code. KaiCalls preserves that attribution through signup and Stripe Checkout, then stores it on the referred business and subscription metadata.

What marketing materials do you provide?

Are there any restrictions?

You cannot bid on 'KaiCalls' branded keywords in paid search, send spam, or make false claims about the product. You must disclose the affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines. Commission is forfeited if a referred customer refunds within 30 days.
