KaiCalls for Zendesk: call notes in your support queue
KaiCalls' Zendesk integration is approved. Learn about private call notes, call-record links, admin setup, and the opt-in ticket policy.
Zendesk has approved the KaiCalls integration. The workflow is built around a practical handoff: the phone call ends, and your support team can pick up the request in Zendesk with the details attached.
Approval is one step. We are still confirming the public Marketplace listing before sharing its link.
Give the next person the context
A support call often needs a second person. They need to know what the caller asked, how to reach them, and what happened during the call.
The KaiCalls connection creates a Zendesk Support ticket after a completed inbound customer call, once your administrator turns ticket creation on. A private note carries the caller details captured, a short summary, the call outcome, and a link to the KaiCalls call record.
Your team can review the call before replying. KaiCalls uses the call ID to check for an existing ticket, and its receipt shows whether the ticket was confirmed in Zendesk.
Keep control of the ticket policy
Connecting a new Zendesk account leaves ticket creation off. You choose the group, default priority, and tags, then save the ticket policy when it fits your line.
The current automatic choice covers every completed inbound customer call. It includes non-support calls. If you only want selected calls to become tickets, leave it off. This version does not have a support-only filter.
That is the first decision to make before connecting a shared sales and support line.
Set it up where your phone is managed
This is a connection inside KaiCalls, with approval from a Zendesk administrator. There is no Zendesk sidebar app to install and no personal API token to paste.
You need a KaiCalls business administrator and Zendesk Suite, or Support plus Talk Partner Edition. The connection requests ticket read and write access. Help Center access is outside this release.
Phone handoffs remain separate from ticket creation. If you will pass callers to a person, test that route with the receiving person as well as checking the ticket.
Start with the Zendesk integration overview and the connection and test guide. For a line that mixes support with other calls, ask for setup help to review the workflow before turning tickets on.
