KaiCalls

Undo or Pause Forwarding

Forwarding isn't permanent. Turn it off from the same phone you turned it on with, any time.

Undo Codes by Carrier

Dial the code below from your business phone's keypad. Wait for the confirmation tone or message.

Verizon, Xfinity Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, US Cellular

*73

AT&T, T-Mobile, Mint, Metro, Google Fi, Cricket

If you used the recommended conditional code:

##004#

Boost Mobile

##61#

Visible

Open the Visible app > Account > Help > Chat with us, and ask support to turn call forwarding off.

Landline or VoIP

Log in to your provider's portal and turn off the call forwarding rule (or clear the destination number) in the same call handling settings you used to turn it on.

If you used the “all calls” code instead of conditional on a GSM carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile, Mint, Metro, Google Fi, Cricket, Boost), dial ##21# instead.

Pausing for Vacation or Time Off

If you want Kai to stop forwarding but only temporarily — a vacation, a slow season — you have two options:

  • Dial the undo code above and re-dial the activate code when you're back. This turns off the carrier-level forwarding entirely, so calls stop reaching Kai until you turn it back on.
  • Keep forwarding on, and let Kai keep answering. This is usually the better option — Kai can still take messages, book appointments, and text you summaries while you're away, so nothing falls through the cracks. Check your business hours settings if you want callers to hear a different greeting while you're out.

What Callers Get While Paused

Once forwarding is undone, calls to your business number stop reaching Kai and behave exactly as they did before you connected KaiCalls: the call rings your phone directly, and if you don't answer, it goes to your carrier's own voicemail (or your landline/VoIP provider's), not Kai's.
