Xfinity Mobile call forwarding
On Xfinity Mobile, dial *71 and then your Kai number. Your phone still rings first. Kai only gets the calls you don't pick up.

Have your Kai number handy. It's in Dashboard > Phone System.
Turn Forwarding On
- Use the Xfinity Mobile phone you want to forward. Open the keypad.
- Dial the code below, then your 10-digit Kai number with the area code.
- Tap Call. Wait for the tone and message, then hang up.
- Call your number from another phone and let it ring to check that Kai answers.

Xfinity Mobile runs on the Verizon network. There, the phone rings about 3–4 rings before the call moves on. You can't change that from the code.
Don't use *72. It sends every call to Kai, and your phone stops ringing.
Callers hear a busy signal? The number may be typed wrong. Dial *73 to clear it. Then dial the code again with your Kai number.
Set it up from the phone. Xfinity only lets you turn forwarding on from the Xfinity Mobile phone itself. Another phone or a computer won't work.

How It Works
The forward happens in the network, not in an app. Your phone rings as usual. When you don't pick up, Xfinity sends the call on to your Kai number.
While forwarding is on, missed calls skip your Xfinity voicemail and go to Kai. Texts still come to your phone as normal.

No. Call forwarding only moves voice calls. Texts keep going to your phone. To have Kai answer texts, you need texting turned on for your Kai number, which is a separate step.
