Liberty & Claro (Puerto Rico)
On a Liberty or Claro cell phone, one code sends the calls you miss to Kai. Your phone still rings first.
Before you start: have your Kai number handy. It's in Dashboard > Phone System.
Turn Forwarding On
- On your business cell phone, open the Phone app keypad.
- Dial the code below. Put your Kai number in, with the 1 in front. Keep every
*and#. - Tap Call and wait for the confirmation.
- Kai will call your business line to check that it works.
Only the calls you can't take (recommended)
Your phone rings for 15 seconds. Then Kai answers, before your voicemail does.

Liberty rejects the code? Liberty doesn't publish its own code. Call Liberty and ask for “conditional call forwarding” to your Kai number. Business mobile lines: 787-699-0000. Business landlines: 787-355-0606. Home lines: call the number on your bill. Liberty only makes changes for the account holder.
Claro rejects the code? Call Claro at 787-775-0000 and ask for “conditional call forwarding” to your Kai number. On Claro prepaid, unlimited minutes don't cover forwarded calls, so they may use your balance.

How the Code Works
Liberty and Claro run GSM networks, like AT&T. GSM phones share one set of forwarding codes. Here is what each part of the code means:
**004*turns on forwarding for calls you miss, calls while you're busy, and calls when your phone is off.- Next comes your Kai number, with the 1 in front.
*11means voice calls only.*15#is how many seconds your phone rings first. The network allows 5 to 30 seconds, in steps of 5.

Liberty rejected the code. What now?

Do I lose my phone number if I forward it?
No. Forwarding does not move or cancel your number. Keep your phone plan active. Your number stays yours, and you can turn forwarding off any time.
