Kai for agencies

Your services. Your clients. One repeatable setup.

Create an offer, invite clients to confirm their setup, and track each service from preparation through verified activation.

Phone intake

Approved phone intake, inquiry capture and an owner notification through a verified route. The agency handles client facts, setup and first-line support.

Website inquiry response

Supported website inquiry capture and a verified response using the client's permitted channel. The agency handles source installation, client facts and first-line support.

Customer review requests

Neutral SMS review requests for eligible completed-service customers, prepared for exact owner approval and explicit campaign launch. Delivery and opt-outs are recorded. Recurring campaigns and published reviews are not included.

Client email nurture

A bounded client email campaign using a ready sender, eligible audience and exact owner approval. The agency prepares the campaign; the client owner separately authorizes launch. Recurring campaign authority is not included.

Intake activity reports

Recorded intake activity summaries delivered to approved recipients, with source coverage and missing outcomes stated. Signed customers, revenue and review attribution require separate authoritative evidence.

Set it up once, then reuse it

  1. Set agency branding, support responsibility and a supported offer.
  2. Review who pays Kai, accepted terms and the client-facing scope.
  3. Select existing clients, import a roster or share your published offer.
  4. Clients confirm their facts and authorize required connections and behavior.
  5. Kai prepares the service; real checks establish when each module is active.

Know who pays and who supports the client

For an agency-paid offer, you collect client retail fees through your existing invoicing and pay Kai under published, accepted platform terms. A referral offer uses a separate client Kai checkout. Your offer identifies the support contact and included scope.

Creating an account does not purchase a service. Kai remains visible on sign-in, provider authorization and platform billing. Supported connections and client permissions determine what can go live. No custom domain or integrated agency retail checkout is implied.
