What the Clio Grow connection does.
Kai answers a new caller. A few seconds after the call ends, a lead shows up in Clio Grow.
A lead for each caller
Kai sends the caller's name, phone, and email. If a name is missing, Kai writes "Unknown". He never guesses a name.
The case details
Kai adds what he heard on the call. That can be the case type, the property address, the tenant, the amount owed, the notice, and the court date.
The call itself
Each lead has the call summary. It also has a link to the recording and the call in KaiCalls.
You pick which calls
Send every caller, or only callers Kai marks as a good fit. You can turn it off any time.

What you need first.
Clio Grow
Your firm uses Clio Grow, the intake part of Clio. You can sign in to its settings.
Admin in KaiCalls
You are an owner or admin of your business in KaiCalls.
Step by step
How to connect Clio Grow.
It takes about two minutes.

Open Clio Grow settings
In Clio Grow, go to Settings, then Integrations. - 2
Copy your Lead capture token
Find Lead capture. Copy the Lead capture token. Keep it private. It works like a password. - 3
Open Clio Grow in KaiCalls
Go to Connections > Clio Grow. - 4
Paste the token and tap Connect
Paste it in Lead capture token. Tap Connect Clio Grow. Kai checks the token with Clio first. A wrong token is not saved. - 5
Pick which callers to send
New connections send every caller. To send only good fits, pick qualified under the Clio Grow row.
After you save
How to see it work.
Make one test call. Then look in Clio Grow.
- Call your KaiCalls number from a phone that is not your own admin phone.
- Give a test name, like "Test Caller", and say what you need help with.
- Hang up and wait a minute.
- Open your Clio Grow inbox. Look for a new lead from KaiCalls.
- Open it. Check the name, phone, call summary, and case details.
Fix it
If something looks wrong.
KaiCalls says the token was not accepted
Copy the Lead capture token again from Clio Grow. Paste it with no spaces before or after.
The Clio Grow row turned red
Clio stopped taking the token. This happens if someone made a new token in Clio Grow. Copy the new one and connect again.
No lead after a call
Check the row is set to send every caller, not off. Calls from your own admin phone and test calls are skipped.
The same person shows up twice
Each call makes its own lead. Merge them in Clio Grow, the way you merge any two leads.
Turn it off
How to disconnect Clio Grow.
Tap Disconnect on the Clio Grow row in KaiCalls. Kai stops sending new leads. Leads already in Clio Grow stay there.
