Frontier home phone
On a Frontier home phone, dial *92 and then your Kai number. Your phone rings first. Kai only gets the calls you don't pick up.

Turn Forwarding On
- Pick up the home phone on the line you want to forward.
- Dial the code below and wait for the tone.
- Enter your 10-digit Kai number. Wait for the confirmation tone.
- Call your number from a cell phone and let it ring to check that Kai answers.

Don't use *72. It sends every call to Kai, and your home phone stops ringing.
Code didn't work? Frontier uses other codes in Rochester and Seneca Gorham, New York. On older copper lines, Frontier says this kind of forwarding is not offered in Florida. In some areas Frontier sets it up for you. In any of these cases, call Frontier and ask for “call forwarding don't answer” to your Kai number.
How many rings? Frontier sets how many times your phone rings before the call goes to Kai.

How It Works
The forward happens in Frontier's network, not on your phone. Frontier calls the first rule “No Answer Call Forwarding.” It sends a call on to Kai when you don't pick up.
Forwarding that sends every call wins over other rules. If you turned it on before, turn it off with *73 first.
