SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

Last Updated: October 2, 2026

KaiCalls (operated by Meet Kai LLC) is a business phone service. This page covers the texts KaiCalls sends to its own customers, the business owners who signed up for a KaiCalls line, and to people who write to KaiCalls itself. It explains how they agree to those texts and how to stop them at any time.

These are account notifications only. KaiCalls never sends marketing, promotions or mass texts under this policy, and never texts purchased or rented lists.

1. Who Gets Texts, and Why

  • KaiCalls customers, about their own line. Business owners who opt in get alerts about calls to their own KaiCalls number: missed calls, voicemails, new leads, and notices about their account.
  • People who write to KaiCalls. If you ask a question through our contact form and check the text box, we reply about your question.

A business that uses KaiCalls to text its own callers sends those texts as that business, under its own carrier registration and its own messaging policy. They are not covered by this page.

2. Sample Messages

  • “KaiCalls: (555) 123-4567 called. They want a quote for a roof leak. https://www.kaicalls.com/l/abc123”
  • “KaiCalls: (555) 123-4567 left a voicemail: ‘Please call me back about Tuesday.’ https://www.kaicalls.com/l/abc123”
  • “KaiCalls: Your line is live: (555) 987-6543. Call it and tell me how you want your calls answered. Reply STOP to opt out.”

3. How Business Owners Opt In (checkbox)

Owners opt in when they sign up at www.kaicalls.com/intake by checking this box next to their cell number:

Opt-in as displayed on the KaiCalls signup form

Shown unchecked, exactly as it appears. It is optional and never pre-checked.

The box is unchecked by default and is not required to create an account. Owners can also turn text alerts on or off at any time in their notification settings.

4. Contacting KaiCalls Itself (checkbox)

If you write to KaiCalls through www.kaicalls.com/contact, you can choose to get a text reply about your question by checking this box:

Opt-in as displayed on the KaiCalls contact form

Shown unchecked, exactly as it appears. It is optional and never pre-checked.

Consent is never a condition of buying anything or using any service.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Owners get one alert per missed call, voicemail or new lead, so the number depends on how many calls their line gets. A contact-form reply is usually 1 to 3 texts about your question.

6. How to Opt Out

You can stop texts at any time:

  • Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any text. You will get one last message, “KaiCalls: You're unsubscribed and won't get more texts. Reply START to resubscribe.”, and no more texts from that number.
  • Email support@kaicalls.com with your phone number.
  • Owners can also turn text alerts off in their notification settings.

To start getting texts again, reply START.

7. How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any text, or email support@kaicalls.com.

8. Message & Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. KaiCalls does not charge you for texts you receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and consent records are handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We keep consent records (phone number, time, and how consent was given) to show compliance.
