Visible
Visible runs on the Verizon network and uses the same dial codes. You set it up from your own phone in about a minute.
Before you start: have your Kai number handy — it's in Dashboard > Phone System.
Turn Forwarding On
- On your Visible phone, open the Phone app keypad.
- Dial the code below. Use your 10-digit Kai number with no 1 in front.
- Tap Call and wait for the confirmation.
- Kai will call your business line to confirm forwarding is working.
Only the calls you can't take (recommended)

Visible lists this code for calls that come in while you're busy. On Visible's network it usually also forwards calls you don't answer. Kai's test call shows whether yours does.
Don't use *72. It sends every call to Kai, and your own phone stops ringing.

Dial *71 and then your 10-digit Kai number. Dial *73 to turn it off.
Does *71 forward calls I don't answer on Visible?
Visible only lists it for busy calls. On Visible's network it usually forwards unanswered calls too. Kai's test call after setup shows whether yours does.
Does call forwarding send my text messages to Kai too?
No. Call forwarding only moves voice calls. Texts keep going to your phone. To have Kai answer texts, you need texting turned on for your Kai number, which is a separate step.
