KaiCalls

Cricket Wireless & Boost Mobile

Cricket runs on AT&T's network and likely uses the same GSM codes. Boost's support varies by plan and device. Neither is independently confirmed — try the code first, and confirm with your carrier if it's rejected.

Before you start: have your Kai number handy — it's in Dashboard > Phone System.

Cricket Wireless

  1. From your business phone itself (not another line), open the Phone app keypad.
  2. Dial the code below, replacing the number with your actual Kai number (include the leading 1) and, if you want a different ring time, swapping 15 for 10, 20, 25, or 30. Keep it under 20 so Kai picks up before your carrier voicemail does.
  3. Tap Call, and wait for the confirmation tone or message.
  4. Kai will call your business line to confirm forwarding is working.

Only when you can't answer (recommended)

**004*1[your Kai number]*11*15#

To undo: dial ##004#.

Boost officially does not support conditional call forwarding on all plans and devices. If this code is rejected, confirm with Boost support, or use the “Other” option in the forwarding guide to have Kai text you instead.
