How it works
Customers find you and book you.
- 1
They search the phone book
The KaiCalls phone book lists businesses by service, state, and city. - 2
They open your page
It shows what you do, your services and prices, your hours, and answers to common questions. - 3
They book or reach out
If your calendar is connected, they pick an open time and book it. If not, they chat with you, call, or text your KaiCalls number. - 4
You hear about it
A booking goes on your calendar. A chat, call, or text is handled like any other: Kai answers and you get the lead.
Setup
Set up your page.
- 1
Open your page settings
Go to Settings, then Your KaiCalls Page. - 2
Turn your page on
Flip the switch to show up in the phone book. Your page is live while your plan is active and you have a KaiCalls number. - 3
Check your page address
We made one from your business name. You can change it. - 4
Add your services
Give each a name and a length in minutes. A price and a short note are optional. - 5
Save and open your page
Look at it the way a customer will.
Your page uses your business profile too: your description, city, hours, and service area. Keep your profile up to date so your page is right.
Instant booking
Connect your calendar and customers book on the spot.
Connect Google Calendar in Settings, then Connections. Your page then shows open times and books them. Busy time is never shown.
Time slots every
How far apart the times are: 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60 minutes. The default is 15.
Book up to
How far ahead people can book: 7 to 365 days. The default is 14 days.
Minimum notice
How soon the first time can be, in hours. The default is 2 hours.
Your open days and hours come from your calendar booking settings. Right before a booking is saved, we check your calendar again, so two people never get the same time.
AI assistants
People can ask an AI assistant to book you.
They find you
AI assistants can search the KaiCalls phone book and read your page, just like a person.
They book for a person
With your calendar connected, an assistant can check open times and book one. The person still gets the confirmation email.
You see who booked
When an assistant books, your calendar event says so and names the assistant when it gives a name.
Same rules
Assistants only see open times, with the same limits as everyone else.
Changes and cancels
Customers fix their own bookings.
From the email link
Each booking gets its own private link. From it, the customer can move to another open time or cancel. No login needed.
By calling you
Kai can find the booking by the caller's phone number or the confirmation number in the email, then move it or cancel it.
Check it works
Look at your page as a customer.
- Search the phone book for your business and open your page.
- Check your services, hours, and city are right.
- With a calendar: book a test time with your own email, then find it on your calendar.
- Use the link in the email to move the booking, then cancel it.
- Without a calendar: send a chat message and check that you get the lead.
Limits
What your page does not do yet.
Instant booking works with Google Calendar only, not GoHighLevel. Customers can't pick a staff member. Group classes with many seats are not supported. Your page does not take payments or deposits.
Troubleshooting
When something looks wrong
My page is not live
Turn on your page in Settings. It also needs an active plan and a KaiCalls number.
No open times show up
Check your calendar is connected, your open days and hours, the minimum notice, and busy events on your calendar.
The page address is taken
Another business uses it. Add your city or a word to make it yours.
A customer did not get the email
Ask them to check spam. Their confirmation number was also shown on screen.
