Where do I find these numbers?
On your monthly invoice or usage report. Look for the plan fee, the minutes or calls included, the minutes or calls used, the overage rate, and any other line items such as setup, after-hours, holiday or per-call fees. Use one month at a time.
Do you keep what I type in?
No. The math runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us or saved.
Why does cost per answered call matter more than the plan price?
Two services with the same monthly price can cost very different amounts per call once overage, rounding and extra fees are added. Dividing the full bill by the calls actually answered gives one number you can compare across any provider.
How is the KaiCalls plan picked?
It is the lowest live plan whose expected monthly call allowance covers the number of answered calls you entered. If your volume is above every plan, it says Custom rather than quoting a plan that would not fit.
