Upfirst vs KaiCalls
A low starting price is only part of the choice. Compare the call allowance, what counts toward it, and what happens when you use more. Then check that the service fits your own phone routine.
Its monthly plans include a call allowance and a charge for each additional call.
Read each plan name, price, and allowance together before choosing.
Annual terms are different. Confirm the current quote before buying.

There are no per-minute overage charges. Your plan includes an expected monthly call allowance. If your call volume stays higher, we recommend the next plan and notify you before anything changes. You can choose to keep your current plan, and we move you back down if volume drops.
Use your expected call volume to compare plans. A lower monthly price does not mean a smaller allowance will cover your calls. See all KaiCalls plans and terms.
Use the billing period and call definitions that apply to the plan you are considering.
Upfirst says spam, calls under 15 seconds, and calls where the caller never speaks are not billed. Read the KaiCalls allowance labels above to check what is included. Do not assume the two counts are interchangeable.
Upfirst's help FAQ says annual plans use a yearly call bucket. A monthly equivalent shown for annual billing is not the month-to-month price. Read the annual commitment and refund terms before choosing it.
Upfirst lists each additional agent at $9.95 per month. Its help FAQ says each needs its own number, while calls share the plan allowance. Include that charge when comparing a setup for more than one business or location.
Check your current provider's forwarding options before changing your phone routine. You can also publish your Kai number directly; forwarding is optional.

Review KaiCalls pricingKaiCalls is built for teams that still want a human in the loop when the call matters. The AI captures context first, then routes the caller with a concise briefing instead of forcing staff to open a console mid-conversation.
KaiCalls can ring your team before the AI takes over, so live staff still get first chance at urgent calls.
The transfer includes who is calling, what they need, and why the call should move to a human now.
Each call can produce a transcript, structured lead fields, score, owner alert, and CRM or webhook handoff.
