We place a short, automated test call to the phone number you enter. It opens by saying upfront that it is an automated test call — not a real customer and not a sales call — then asks two quick questions: roughly what a typical job costs, and how soon they could schedule one. We grade who answered, how fast, and whether those two questions got answered.
Do you call random businesses without asking?+
No. You can only run a check on a number after telling us who you are (your email). We also cap how many checks anyone can run, and how often the same number can be checked, so this never turns into a dialer.
