Choose the plan that fits your call volume. KaiCalls is a real business phone line, not a metered SaaS bill — every feature is included on every plan, and the only differences are how many calls you answer and how many phone lines you run.

How Pricing Works

KaiCalls plans start at $10/mo with unlimited secretaries. Monthly plans and call allowances: Kai Backup $10 (~20 Kai-answered calls/mo), Kai Line $79 (~170 Kai-answered calls/mo), Kai Office $349 (~800 Kai-answered calls/mo). There are no per-minute overage charges. Your plan includes an expected monthly call allowance. If your call volume stays higher, we recommend the next plan and notify you before anything changes. You can choose to keep your current plan, and we move you back down if volume drops. Software features are available on every plan. Extra phone lines and optional website call tracking cost extra. Connected services require setup.
