Do I need a new phone or carrier?

No handset is included in the subscription. You can connect compatible office devices and configure your team’s call handling. Confirm your existing devices before adding hardware.

What does it cost?

Your Kai Office plan is $349/mo, plus applicable taxes. $2 for your first week, then $349/mo. Cancel anytime. No setup fee or annual contract is required.

What if I need more lines?

Extra lines are $15/mo each on Kai Backup and Kai Line. Extra office lines are $29/mo each on Kai Office. Lines are phone connections, not per-user seats. Hardware is separate.

What do I do after checkout?

Open your account, confirm your number and call handling, and test Kai before forwarding customer calls. Checkout alone does not change your carrier or forwarding settings.
