A few things, clearly.
Is this mobile service active today?
No. This is a reservation for upcoming service. There is no confirmed activation date. Network, coverage, SIM/eSIM compatibility, talk/text/data and AI allowances will be confirmed in your activation offer.
What will I pay?
Pay $25 once now. We credit it toward your first service bill if you activate. The target mobile entry price is $35/month, with final pricing and applicable taxes confirmed before activation. Hardware and office service are separate.
Can I keep my number and phone?
That is the plan, subject to carrier transfer eligibility and device compatibility. Keep your current carrier active until your transfer is completed. We do not need your port PIN to reserve.
How do I get a refund?
Before activation, email support@kaicalls.com from your checkout email to request a full reservation refund. You choose whether to accept the final activation offer. No recurring charge starts before that acceptance.
